Blue Canariñho

Blue Canariñho is a DJ, producer and Visual Artist. He is also currently a presenter on Reprezent Radio. Blue experiments with Baile Funk, RnB, Trap and Reggaeton to create his unique blend of tracks. He first started making beats as a means of getting lost in something while creating his art work through painting or grafiti. He imagines himself spray painting whilst crafting his beats and notes this as the reason behind the nocturnal, up beat yet laidback vibe in his music.

Blue is inspired by the ‘endz’ from around the world! From the Brazilian favelas, Spanish barrios, worldwide hoods and homes of art and people. Blue is transitioning from creating remixes and edits to working with prominent artists on original projects, matching his art with his sonics. He has worked for and with Nike, Converse x The Face x Tyler the Creator, Parklife, Lovebox, Gorrilaz World Tour, Little Simz at Wonderland Festival, Olafur Elliason @ TATE modern, Tate Late’s, The Museum of London and The National Theatre to name just a few.
